Why Equipped?

•If you're like most, when your faith was questioned, you floundered,               embarrassed, maybe even ashamed to be such an unworthy representative of the King of Kings.

•We CAN do better. Equipped? provides some solid, Biblically based intelligent responses using many great resources...the Holy Spirit, the Bible, bright apologists, insightful books, pastors, teachers and seasoned believers. 

•We are not to overwhelm or try to impress anyone, just start with the one(or +) response that clears away an obstacle/objection. The game assumes we've done great listening and hopefully know the why behind the question asked. 

•In practice with other believers, Equipped? comes close to "real" encounters. 

•As most of us prefer to deliver our own views (helpful at times), this game requires using questions that will make someone think...and keep them from tuning us out or becoming defensive. (Jesus asked 307 questions, answered 3.)

•Removing obstacles may just help us lead someone to salvation.

Equipped? is played with other Christians who want to help seekers get past their resistances, confusions, and objections. It is:

• easy to play and user-friendly
• covers many basics of the Christian faith, developing a stronger faith in God and His Word
• provides rational, intelligent answers to challengers and seekers 
• rewards positive behaviors and penalizes answers that “turn off”
• models & requires compassionate interaction
• inspires confidence to speak up
• balances some hard thinking with a good amount of laughter
• connects fellow believers as they get to know and learn from one another
• offers a Certificate of Completion for completing all 10 sessions

General Topics: the Bible, God, Jesus Christ, Christianity, science, skepticism, resistance, lifestyle and personal feelings, and some regarding other religions and philosophies.
